Search the FAQ for entries containing:

We need contact information, which should include a technical contact that we can reach at any time should a question arise.

We need to know the specific video file format and the frame rate.  All media that is not 1920x1080 HD or 720x486 NTSC SD will have to be converted  with Quicktime before being output to tape.

We need to know how much material we will be color correcting.  How many set-ups?  What is the running time?

We need to know when you will be delivering the drive.
