You should have picture locked before the color-correction session.
Export a self-contained uncompressed Quicktime file to a MAC OSX or FAT32 formatted drive.
Deliver drive to FSFT a least one day prior to the scheduled session.
We will copy your quicktime file to our drive. If your file is not 1920x1080 HD or 720x486 NTSC SD we will convert it with Quicktime to the necessary format and lay it off to tape.
We will color-correct your footage with the daVinci 2k+. Once all the corrections have been set we can record the color-corrected footate either to tape or to drive or both.
If we capture to drive we will capture the footage as a self-contained 10bit uncompressed Quicktime file. If you need the file to be converted to another file format we will do the conversion.
We will place the file in the format of your choice on the drive, along with a folder containing the AJA codecs for MAC and PC.
