Search the FAQ for entries containing:

Files not in the 1920x1080 HD format, or 720x486 NTSC SD format will be converted for layoff to HDCam or Digital Betacam respectively.  We prefer a self-contained quicktime however you can give us a FCP project and media, preferably media managed so we don't have to copy more data to our drives than necessary.
